Community Guidelines

HoloLedger is a place for collectors to share pulls, binders and finds. These guidelines apply to posts, comments, messages, reviews and profiles.

Version 1.0 · Effective 10 October 2026

1. Be a good collector to each other

  • Be respectful. Disagree about cards, prices and grading without attacking people.
  • No harassment, threats, hate, or targeting someone for who they are.
  • No sexual content, and nothing involving or aimed at children.
  • Don't share anyone's personal details (addresses, phone numbers, real names they haven't shared).

2. Keep it honest

  • Post your own photos and content, or content you have permission to share.
  • No scams, fake giveaways, or misleading claims about cards, grades or authenticity.
  • Reviews must reflect a genuine transaction. Don’t offer or accept anything in exchange for a review, and don’t post reviews about yourself.
  • Don’t impersonate other collectors, HoloLedger staff, or brands.

3. Keep trading on HoloLedger

Don’t use posts, comments or messages to arrange payment outside HoloLedger, or to advertise prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items & Content Policy). Off-platform deals aren’t protected and are a common route for scams.

4. No spam or illegal content

No spam, repetitive self-promotion, malware or links to illegal content. Illegal content is removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting and what happens next

Use the report option on any post, comment, message, review, listing or profile. A person on our team reviews every report. We may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts, and we keep a record of our decisions. You can appeal account restrictions; see our Moderation Policy. Reporting in bad faith, for example to harass someone, is itself a breach of these guidelines.

If someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services first. To report a concern that a child may be at risk, or illegal content or activity, choose that reason when you report: those reports are reviewed first.
